Bio of Pastor Olanda L. Bennett: A Beacon of Faith and Compassion
At the very core of Pastor Olanda Bennett’s existence is her unwavering devotion to the Lord and a profound recognition of His desire for deep, meaningful relationships. Her life is a testament to this belief, as she embodies the essence of godliness through her warm, engaging interactions characterized by genuine kindness and love.
Journey of Faith and Service
Olanda’s spiritual journey took root at Catonsville College, where she initially pursued Occupational Therapy. However, a pivotal shift occurred when she embraced entrepreneurship as founder of Cleaning Maid Easy in 2004. This transition marked the beginning of a path that would lead her deeply into the embrace of her faith and service.
Embracing her calling, Olanda stepped into her divine role as an Evangelist, ordained to spread the Gospel’s transformative message. Her commitment to the Kingdom’s work saw her take on multiple leadership roles within her church community, including Associate Minister, Missionary Board President, and Sunday School teacher for various age groups. Beyond the church walls, she championed social outreach, notably as chairperson for the Outreach Ministry in collaboration with the Maryland Food Bank, underscoring her dedication to addressing community needs.

The natural evolution of her vocation and her boundless love for humanity culminated in her founding Prayer and Praise Assemblies, under God’s guidance. In her role as Senior Pastor, Olanda has delved deeper into the pastoral mission, holding herself to the highest standards of integrity, compassion, and continuous learning to embody the word of God in every aspect of her life.
Personal Life and Vision
Alongside her ministerial responsibilities, Olanda cherishes her role as wife to Elder Eugene Bennett and mother to their two adult children, Shanae and Stephen. Her family life enriches her ministry, providing a foundation of support and love.
As Pastor Olanda Bennett looks to the future, she remains committed to nurturing a community of faith that is inclusive, compassionate, and reflective of Christ’s teachings. Her journey continues to inspire and touch the lives of those around her, drawing them closer to a loving and relational God.
